Matt Conduit is the Principal & Director of LJ Hooker Broadbeach. Previously owning a successful boutique real estate office Conduit Agencies for 10 years in the same main street location in the heart of Broadbeach. Conduit Agencies then partnering with one of Australia's largest brands, LJ Hooker.

Having grown up on a large cattle property in north-western New South Wales, Matt believes it was the hard work and long hours required back then that has formed the foundation of what it takes to make a success in the Real Estate Industry.

His knowledge of the Gold Coast and his ability to build trust and confidence, together with his experience and product knowledge is well respected in the Real Estate Industry. Matt is currently ranked in the top 2.5% of settled sales nationally within the LJ Hooker network. Matt has also recently been awarded the Life Achiever award in 2023 for being in the top 10% in Australia for 10 consecutive years. This is an award which currently holds only 5 members in Queensland.
